1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Professor Sweet ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Professor Sweet. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and will notify you of significant changes.

2. Description of Service

Professor Sweet is an AI-powered lesson planning platform designed for parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschoolers. Our Service allows you to:

• Generate personalized lesson plans using artificial intelligence
• Create and manage child profiles with learning preferences
• Track lesson history and progress
• Access an AI assistant for lesson customization
• Generate educational reports
• Manage subscriptions and billing

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Professor Sweet, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Our Service is intended for use by educators, parents, tutors, and teachers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

Professor Sweet offers various subscription plans with different features and lesson credit allowances. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

5.2 Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Lesson Credits

Subscription plans include a monthly allocation of lesson credits. Credits are used to generate AI-powered lesson plans. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified in your plan.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service to create content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Resell or redistribute the Service or generated content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Professor Sweet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (lesson plans, child profiles, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Lesson plans generated by our AI are provided for your personal educational use. While you may use and adapt these lesson plans, you may not resell or redistribute them as a commercial product without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

10. AI and Content Accuracy

Professor Sweet uses artificial intelligence to generate lesson plans. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and adapting lesson plans for your specific needs
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements
• You should use professional judgment when implementing lesson plans
• We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated lesson plans

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11.2 Educational Tool

Professor Sweet is an educational planning tool. We do not provide educational advice, tutoring services, or guarantee educational outcomes. You are solely responsible for the education and wellbeing of children in your care.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Professor Sweet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Professor Sweet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:
